Parent & Guardian Release and Waiver of Liability

1. Compliance with Park Rules and Regulations

All visitors must follow the instructions of the selected park’s staff at all times.

Visitors must use equipment according to their skill level and must not attempt activities beyond their capabilities.

Visitors must remove all items from their pockets and avoid wearing glasses, jewelry, scarves, or other loose articles that may cause injury or damage to the equipment.

Guests with long hair should tie their hair up to avoid accidents.

Rough play, climbing on nets or fences, and littering on equipment are strictly prohibited.

Visitors are required to follow the rules and instructions displayed near each attraction. By entering the park, visitors acknowledge their responsibility to read and comply with these guidelines.

2. Supervision and Safety

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Guests must follow all height, weight, and age restrictions for specific attractions.

I affirm, as a parent or guardian, that neither I nor any child or dependent under my care will participate in the selected park’s activities while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Medical Release

It is advisable to consult a doctor or physician before undertaking any physical activity.

I confirm the absence of medical conditions or incapacity for both myself and any children or dependents under my care.

I, along with any children or dependents under my care, confirm that we do not have any heart conditions, epilepsy, allergies, skeletal or spinal issues, a history of sports injuries, or any other medical condition that may pose a risk during activities or services.

Guests with physical impairments, injuries, heart conditions, respiratory problems, or pregnant women are advised to refrain from participating in specific activities for their safety.

I also agree that I am responsible for any and all medical costs, including but not limited to ambulance, hospital, pharmacy, physiotherapy, psychological, and rehabilitation costs.

4. Personal Belongings

The selected park and its relevant operator/service provider are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are responsible for securing their belongings.

5. Acceptance of Risks

By entering the selected park and participating in its activities, you acknowledge that amusement park, play, entertainment, and physical activities involve inherent risks.

You agree to assume all such risks for yourself and for any minors or dependents under your care.

6. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release the selected park, its relevant operator/service provider, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your visit, participation in activities, or use of the park facilities.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Emergency Situations

In case of an emergency, the selected park’s staff are authorized to provide necessary first aid and/or seek medical attention.

You agree that any related medical, ambulance, hospital, or other emergency costs shall be your responsibility.

8. Personal Data, Privacy and Waiver Records

By entering the selected park, purchasing tickets, accepting this waiver, or providing your personal data, you agree that the selected park and its relevant operator/service provider may collect and use your personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

For booking, safety, park access, waiver record-keeping, customer communication, service delivery, legal compliance and internal business operations, the selected park and its relevant operator/service provider may collect and store information provided during the booking or ticket purchase process, including but not limited to the customer’s name, phone number, email address, booking/order details, date and time of acceptance, and waiver acceptance record.

Where applicable, this information may be linked to the booking or order ID to confirm that the Waiver of Liability was accepted in connection with the relevant visit or ticket purchase.

The selected park and its relevant operator/service provider may also keep records of waiver acceptance for legal, operational and safety purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data only where necessary with authorized staff, service providers, legal authorities, or other parties as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law or where you have provided consent.

9. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By accepting this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are accepting this waiver on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of any minor child or dependent under your care.

This waiver remains valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance, unless withdrawn, replaced, or updated by the selected park or its relevant operator/service provider.
