Leo & Loona Bahrain operates family entertainment parks, birthday party services, kids’ activities, workshops, events, cafés, and related entertainment services in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use our website and booking website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, or impair the website, booking system, or interfere with any other user’s use of the website or booking system.

You must not:

• submit false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• misuse our enquiry, booking, ticketing, payment, or waiver forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• copy, reproduce, or use our website content without permission;
• use the website or booking website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

3. Enquiries, bookings, and ticket purchases

Submitting an enquiry or non-paid booking request through our website does not automatically confirm a booking.

For enquiry-based bookings, birthday parties, events, group bookings, or special arrangements, a booking is only confirmed when Leo & Loona confirms the details with you and, where applicable, receives the required payment, deposit, or written confirmation.

For paid ticket purchases made through the booking website, the booking/ticket is confirmed after successful payment and issuance of the booking confirmation or ticket, subject to the selected date, location, ticket type, and any applicable terms shown at checkout.

When submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or purchasing tickets, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact number, preferred park, preferred date, number of children or guests, and any other requested details.

We may contact you by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels regarding your enquiry, booking, ticket purchase, payment, or visit.

4. Birthday parties, events, tickets, and packages

Birthday party packages, event packages, ticket types, activities, inclusions, prices, menus, timing, and availability may vary depending on the selected park, date, time, number of guests, and chosen package.

All birthday parties, events, group bookings, and special arrangements are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Leo & Loona.

Additional services, extra guests, food and beverage items, entertainment, decorations, workshops, or other add-ons may be subject to additional charges.

Leo & Loona reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue packages, activities, menus, prices, ticket types, and offers at any time, subject to applicable law and confirmed bookings.

5. Prices and payments

All prices for Leo & Loona Bahrain are shown in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be subject to VAT, service charges, or other applicable fees where relevant.

Payment terms, deposit requirements, balance payment deadlines, and accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking, purchase, or checkout.

For paid ticket purchases, confirmation is issued after successful payment. For birthday parties, events, group bookings, or other arrangements, your booking may not be confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed by Leo & Loona.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of booking, ticket, package, promotion, event, or service purchased.

For birthday parties, private events, group bookings, workshops, and special offers, specific cancellation or rescheduling rules may be communicated separately at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Leo & Loona or required by applicable law, deposits, booking fees, promotional offers, discounted packages, and special event payments may be non-refundable.

Any approved refund may take time to process depending on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Leo & Loona reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking where necessary due to operational, safety, maintenance, force majeure, mall-related, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Park admission and visitor rules

All visitors must follow Leo & Loona’s park rules, safety instructions, staff guidance, and any posted notices.

Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times, unless otherwise expressly agreed as part of a supervised activity or service.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the behaviour, safety, and wellbeing of the children in their care.

Leo & Loona may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if the guest:

• behaves in an unsafe, aggressive, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate manner;
• fails to follow safety rules or staff instructions;
• damages property;
• causes disturbance to other guests or staff;
• appears unwell or presents a safety concern;
• breaches these Terms, the waiver, or park rules.

8. Health, safety, and participation

Some activities may involve physical movement, play structures, climbing, slides, trampolines, interactive games, or other active entertainment.

Guests and parents or guardians are responsible for assessing whether participation is suitable based on age, health, physical ability, and any medical conditions.

You must inform Leo & Loona in advance of any relevant allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, dietary restrictions, or special requirements related to your booking or visit.

Leo & Loona will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment, but participation in activities is at the visitor’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

Where a waiver or release form is required for a visit, booking, activity, or event, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult must review and accept it before participation.

9. Food and beverages

Food and beverage availability, menus, ingredients, prices, and serving times may vary by location and date.

Guests must inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary requirements, or food restrictions.

While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that food or beverages will be free from allergens, traces of allergens, or cross-contamination.

Outside food and beverages may be restricted or prohibited, unless approved by Leo & Loona in advance or required for specific medical or infant needs.

10. Photos and videos

Photography and video recording may be permitted in certain areas, provided that it does not disturb other guests, breach privacy, or violate park rules.

Guests must respect the privacy of other visitors and must not photograph or record other children, families, guests, or staff without appropriate permission.

Leo & Loona may take photos or videos during events, activities, or visits for operational, promotional, or social media purposes only where permitted and, where required, with appropriate consent.

11. Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Leo & Loona is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, unless caused by our proven negligence and subject to applicable law.

Any lost property found at our premises may be kept for a limited period and handled in accordance with our internal procedures.

12. Promotions and offers

Promotions, discounts, vouchers, packages, and special offers are subject to availability and specific terms.

Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Leo & Loona may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or offer at any time, subject to applicable law and confirmed purchases where relevant.

13. Intellectual property

All content on our website and booking website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, icons, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Leo & Loona and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Leo & Loona will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, emergencies, natural disasters, fire, flood, technical failures, power outages, strikes, pandemics, security incidents, mall closures, or other force majeure events.
